How we work.
Six principles shape what we build, who we hire, and how we make decisions. They are aspirational on the bad days and practical on the good ones.
Patients are the deadline.
Every speedup compounds across the timeline a patient waits. We optimise for end-to-end time, not local elegance.
Models earn the next experiment.
Computation is not a faster way to be wrong. We invest in evaluation ruthlessly — and listen to it more than to opinions.
The lab is data.
Our wet-lab is part of our model. Assays are designed for label efficiency and sample diversity, not just answers to one question.
Rigour over consensus.
We disagree out loud, in writing, and with data. Decisions are made with the strongest argument winning, not the loudest voice.
Curiosity scales.
We hire generalists who go deep and specialists who learn wide. Reading groups, journal clubs, and lab tours are part of the job.
Ship the boring parts well.
Tooling, infrastructure, and documentation get the same care as the model. Speed comes from the unsexy 80%.
If this is how you'd like to work, we should talk.
See our open roles or write to us if you don't see what you're looking for.
